Basepoint Crawlspace & Foundation Solutions LLC ("Basepoint," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect when you visit basepointfoundations.com, request an inspection, call us or opt in to text messages, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request an inspection or contact us

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your street address and town, so we can schedule a visit
• Details you choose to share about your home or the problem you're seeing

When you opt in to text messages

You can opt in by choosing "Yes, text me" on our website inspection form, or by texting us first at (765) 678-2273 and agreeing to receive replies. We collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your consent to receive SMS messages

When you browse our website

Like most websites, ours uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the site (for example, pages viewed, general location, device type, and whether someone tapped our phone number or sent the inspection form). This information doesn't identify you by name. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

How we collect it

We collect information through the inspection request form on our website, phone calls, text messages, email, and in person when we inspect your home or sign a service agreement.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and schedule, perform and follow up on inspections and work
• To send you the calls, emails and SMS messages you've asked for (we only text you if you opt in)
• To operate and improve our business and website

We do not sell your personal information.

Data sharing

• Customer information is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
• We use a small number of service providers to run our business, such as our website form processor, phone and messaging provider, and analytics. They may handle your information only to provide those services to us, and this never includes mobile opt-in or consent information.
• We may disclose information if required by law.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (765) 678-2273.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at tom@basepointfoundations.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How we protect and keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, honor warranties and meet legal or tax requirements, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. Information you send through our website form is delivered to our business email, and our records are stored in password-protected accounts.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing tom@basepointfoundations.com or calling (765) 678-2273. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
